Get cozy with a journal and reflect with creative writing prompts I put together to inspire ideas and intentions for this year. All of the prompts are good to come back to and check in with yourself so it doesn't have to be January for them to be useful. 
 
This workshop is not a how-to for creating a vision board. It takes the concept of a traditional vision board and puts it into writing using the 8 key areas of the Wheel of Life (plus two I added) to put dreams into words. Use this as a launching pad to reflect on the past year, clarify your goals creatively, and write with intention and care for the new year.
