This painting is inspired by Erykah Badu's album cover for "Worldwide Underground". The words in the painting are different from the words on the cover. I used lyrics from songs on the album to write sort of a found poem for the words. If you buy the painting, you'll also get a copy of the whole poem but the painting itself has half of the poem painted on it.
